Minimum Age 23
Minimum Experience, 1 year verifiable experience CLASS A semi driving
CDL issued by the state which the driver resides
No more than four (4) moving violations in the past 36 months, and no more than two (2) moving violations in the previous 12 months.
No convictions for a “serious or disqualifying traffic violation” within the last three (3) years
- Excessive speeding, involving any single offense for any speed of 21 m.p.h. or more above the posted speed limit
- Following the vehicle ahead too closely
- Assured clear distance
Any driver with a conviction within the last 10 years for the following violations in any type vehicle is not eligible to operate equipment for Seagate Transportation
- - Driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs and/or test refusal
  - Any other felony (No drug or alcohol convictions)
